Get ready—Wild Well’s 30th Annual Golf Blowout is almost here!

We’re gearing up for a day filled with fun, connection, and giving back in support of Shriners Children’s™ Texas.

Whether you’re teeing off, volunteering, or just stopping by to enjoy the atmosphere, we’d love to see you at the course on Monday, September 14th at The Clubs of Kingwood!

Whether you're golfing, volunteering, or simply coming out to enjoy the festivities, we'd love to see you!

Not golfing or volunteering? You’re still welcome to come out and be part of the excitement—but please note:

👉 Golf carts will be very limited for non-volunteers, so plan to walk or carpool with others if you're coming to hang out, cheer on the teams, or enjoy the day.

We’re looking forward to spending this special day with all of you—on the course, at the tents, or alongside the action. Let’s make this our most meaningful Golf Blowout yet!

📅 RSVP Deadlines

- Volunteers & Polo Shirt Sizes: Submit by July 31, 2026
- RSVP for Non-Volunteers: Submit by September 1, 2026


📋 Volunteer Roles Needed

September 9th – Swag Bag Assembly
11 am – 2 pm | Wild Well’s Office

- Need: 10 volunteers


Sunday, September 13th – Loading + Unloading Crew
2 pm – 5 pm | The Clubs of Kingwood

- Help us get everything in place for tournament day.


Morning Shift – September 14th
6:30 am – 11 am | The Clubs of Kingwood

- Registration Table: 4 volunteers
- Ticket Sales: 3 volunteers
- Setup – Raffles, Auction Items, and Decor: 4 volunteers
- Golf Cart Setup: 8 volunteers


Midday Shift – September 14th
11 am – 4 pm

- Event Tent - Challenge: 2 volunteers (1 per course)
- Wild Well Tent: 2 volunteers (ticket sale)
- Ice Cream Golf Carts: 4 volunteers (1 pair per course)
- Drink Stations: 8 volunteers (4 per course)
- Runners: 4 volunteers (2 per course)
- Mystery Bottle Station Sales: 2 volunteers
- Ticket Sales: 6 volunteers
- Raffle & Auction Runner Volunteers: 4 volunteers


👕 Volunteer Polo & Pairing Info
Only official volunteers will receive a Wild Well Volunteer Polo and exclusive SWAG bag.

📌 Shirt sizes must be submitted by July 31st.
All volunteers will be paired in teams of two—please select your preferred partner and make sure each person submits the form individually.
