Get ready—Wild Well’s 29th Annual Golf Blowout is almost here!
We’re gearing up for a day filled with fun, connection, and giving back in support of Shriners Children’s Texas.

Whether you’re teeing off, volunteering, or just stopping by to enjoy the atmosphere, we’d love to see you at the course on Monday, September 15th at The Clubs of Kingwood! 🏌️‍♀️⛳️

Not golfing or volunteering? You’re still welcome to come out and be part of the excitement—but please note:
👉 Golf carts will be very limited for non-volunteers, so plan to walk or carpool with others if you're coming to hang out, cheer on the teams, or enjoy the day.

We’re looking forward to spending this special day with all of you—on the course, at the tents, or alongside the action. Let’s make this our most meaningful Golf Blowout yet!

We're also looking for volunteers to help make this event a success. If you're interested in lending a hand, we have a variety of roles available.

📋 Volunteer Roles Needed:

September 3rd – Swag Bag Assembly

  1. Need: 10 volunteers


Sunday, September 14th – Loading + Unloading Crew

  • Help us get everything in place for tournament day.


Morning Shift – September 15th

  • Registration Table: 6 volunteers

  • SWAG + Ticket Sales: 4 volunteers

  • Setup – Raffles, Auction Items, and Decor: 6 volunteers

  • Golf Cart Clings - 2 Volunteers


Midday Shift – September 15th

  • Golf Cannon: 4 volunteers (2 per course)

  • Wild Well Tent: 4 volunteers (2 per course)

  • Drink Stations: 8 volunteers (4 per course)

  • Runners: 4 volunteers (2 per course)

  • Mystery Bottle Station Sales: 4 volunteers

  • Ticket Sales: 2 volunteers


Volunteer Polo & Pairing Info

  • Only official volunteers will receive a Wild Well Volunteer Polo.

  • Shirt sizes must be submitted by July 30th

  • All volunteers will be paired in teams of two — please select your preferred partner and make sure each person submits the form individually.
